144 of 145 cards contain clinical imaging examples. 105 have at least three different source patients. 145 have a condition-specific imaging paper.
The aim is three clinical examples and at least one imaging paper for each condition. Different views or follow-up examinations of one patient count as one case. One original figure may contain multiple separately identified patients. Shared pattern examples retain their original exposure and do not establish a new drug association. Reused figures are unmodified and have source and licence credits.
Rows state remaining gaps. A condition-specific paper can discuss the syndrome or pattern without establishing a particular drug's causality; related-context literature is labelled separately. Histopathology, plots and teaching diagrams are not counted as clinical imaging cases. Clinical review remains pending.

| Clinical examples may illustrate the same pneumonitis pattern under another named exposure. They do not establish toxicity from this card's drug. Imaging alone cannot distinguish drug injury from infection or progression. |
| Transient pulmonary opacities on osimertinibLungs | 2 patients 2 figures | 2 condition-specific paper(s)
| Two distinct TAPO patients verified, only one on osimertinib. The original osimertinib report (PMC5353353) is not CC BY in official metadata. Figure 2/3 patient overlap in PMC9968596 is not resolved, so panels are not counted as additional cases. |
| Diffuse marrow & splenic FDG uptakeMarrow | 3 patients 3 figures | 2 condition-specific paper(s)
| Two pegfilgrastim patients plus one explicitly lenograstim pattern example. Only the first source illustrates heterogeneous regeneration; focal sternal uptake is an atypical pattern. |
| MDS / AML risk during olaparib exposureMarrow | 2 patients 2 figures | 2 condition-specific paper(s)
| Two general MDS patients are illustrated with original T1-weighted MRI figures. Neither is an olaparib-exposed case; no olaparib-specific diagnostic imaging signature is established. Three suitable distinct patients have not yet been verified. |
| Marrow FDG activation after filgrastimMarrow | 3 patients 3 figures | 2 condition-specific paper(s)
| No unrestricted exact-filgrastim patient image selected. Three labelled G-CSF pattern patients are two pegfilgrastim and one lenograstim; no timing transfer between products. |
| Aldesleukin-associated capillary leakMultiple organs | 1 patients 1 figures | 1 condition-specific paper(s)
| One conservative unidentifiable figure example; no three independent patients can be established from its panels. Product not named. Cardiac injury and vascular leak should not be conflated. |
| Apparent progression on immunotherapyMultiple organs | 3 patients 3 figures | 3 condition-specific paper(s)
| |
| Chylous effusions during selpercatinibMultiple organs | 1 patients 1 figures | 1 condition-specific paper(s)
| Original source figures are preferred. Additional distinct clinical cases remain a target; repeated views of one patient count once. |
| Docetaxel-associated fluid retentionMultiple organs | 1 patients 1 figures | 2 condition-specific paper(s)
| Exact-condition CT case paper verified, but its images are NC-ND. A licensed imatinib-associated pleural-effusion CT is explicitly pattern-only. No three docetaxel-exposed unrestricted cases selected. |
| Enasidenib-associated differentiation syndromeMultiple organs | 2 patients 2 figures | 3 condition-specific paper(s)
| Two independent enasidenib-exposed patients; one more needed for target three. Whole mixed skin/CXR figure retained unchanged, only B is relevant radiologic content. |
| Fistula / organ perforation on lenvatinibMultiple organs | 2 patients 2 figures | 3 condition-specific paper(s)
| Two licensed clinical contexts selected; the second image shows an associated abscess, not the tract. Three unrestricted direct fistula/perforation scan cases were not verified. |
| Imatinib-associated fluid retentionMultiple organs | 3 patients 3 figures | 2 condition-specific paper(s)
| One unrestricted exposure-matched CT case. Other radiographs in the same report repeat that patient; no three distinct unrestricted cases verified. |
| Ivosidenib differentiation syndromeMultiple organs | 2 patients 2 figures | 3 condition-specific paper(s)
| Zero verified reusable exposure-matched ivosidenib figures. Two same-condition examples from enasidenib are explicitly pattern-only. Exact ivosidenib report has no checked reusable figure/grant; no causality transfer. |
| Loncastuximab tesirine: effusions and edemaMultiple organs | 3 patients 3 figures | 1 condition-specific paper(s)
| Three independent pleural-effusion pattern cases from dasatinib. Exact loncastuximab-associated clinical images not verified. No pericardial/ascites image is supplied under a false matched exposure. |
| Mixed PSMA-PET response during Lu-PSMA therapyMultiple organs | 1 patients 1 figures | 1 condition-specific paper(s)
| One conservative patient example. Baseline/interim and manual/segmented views are not four independent cases; PSMA-617 versus I&T is not individually identified in the figure. No three independent licensed examples verified. |
| Splenic rupture reported after filgrastimMultiple organs | 1 patients 1 figures | 2 condition-specific paper(s)
| One class-context licensed rupture patient, with G-CSF formulation unspecified. Lenograstim, pegfilgrastim and splenic-infarction cases were not relabelled as exact filgrastim rupture. |
| Checkpoint-associated inflammatory arthritisMuscles & joints | 1 patients 1 figures | 1 condition-specific paper(s)
| Original source figures are preferred. Additional distinct clinical cases remain a target; repeated views of one patient count once. |
| Checkpoint-associated myositisMuscles & joints | 1 patients 1 figures | 1 condition-specific paper(s)
| Original source figures are preferred. Additional distinct clinical cases remain a target; repeated views of one patient count once. |
| Sarcoid-like thoracic lymphadenopathyNodes | 4 patients 4 figures | 1 condition-specific paper(s)

| Tamoxifen-associated endometrial changesPelvis & reproductive | 3 patients 3 figures | 3 condition-specific paper(s)
| Three source patients/examples, including one unidentified ultrasound-study figure. Ultrasound Figures1/2 are not assumed independent. Imaging does not justify asymptomatic screening or establish histologic malignancy. |
| Cyclophosphamide-associated hemorrhagic cystitisUrinary tract | 2 patients 2 figures | 1 condition-specific paper(s)
| One cyclophosphamide-matched and one explicitly BK/post-HCT morphology patient. Three alkylator-specific unrestricted cases not verified. |
| Haemorrhagic cystitis after HCTUrinary tract | 2 patients 2 figures | 2 condition-specific paper(s)
| One exact BK/HCT patient plus one cyclophosphamide pattern-only patient. Ultrasound cohort images are restricted and their individual BK status is not established by captions. |
| Ifosfamide-associated hemorrhagic cystitisUrinary tract | 2 patients 2 figures | 1 condition-specific paper(s)
| No unrestricted ifosfamide-exposed cystitis scan verified. Cyclophosphamide and BK-HCT scans are labelled morphology-only; no ifosfamide causality is inferred. |
