What the evidence means
Source identity and the accessible supporting text were checked for the selected claims. Each reference states its population and access limits. Cohort data, consensus frameworks and prescribing information are labelled separately. No universal evidence score or incidence ranking is used.
What remains to review
Report wording and assessment prompts are editorial synthesis and await approval by the clinical owner. Drug associations are kept distinct from class-level evidence. No patient-specific diagnosis or medication instruction is generated. Transplantation is a procedure context; an opportunistic complication is not automatically a drug reaction. A normal scan does not exclude a primarily clinical toxicity.

How to read the coverage labels
Named-agent cards have explicit support for the named exposure. Class/context cards provide broader evidence without establishing individual-drug causality. Index only means adverse-effect content is still pending. This is not an approval or availability list.
