Image sources & licences

197 published figures supplement 144 cards. Only original published clinical material is used. Source cases, figures and clinical conditions are kept distinct; repeated views of one patient count as one case.

All published figures below retain the original panels and annotations. They are reproduced under the linked published reuse licence. The original case, treatment or combination is stated explicitly. A figure from another exposure illustrates a pattern only; it does not establish a new drug association. All clinical interpretation remains pending owner review.

This is a non-commercial educational reference. Each image keeps its own published reuse licence, author credit and source link. Images licensed for non-commercial use are reproduced unchanged. Copyright and licence terms remain with the original authors.

treatment example · Figure 2

Brain MRI shows posterior periventricular T2/DWI/FLAIR high signal without contrast enhancement in one patient with delayed progressive neurotoxicity.

Original context: 55-year-old man with myelofibrosis after allogeneic HSCT; thiotepa/fludarabine/ATG conditioning, cyclosporine and short-course methotrexate prophylaxis.

Source case attributes the syndrome to fludarabine in a transplant regimen. MRI supports a white-matter injury pattern, without independently proving causality. All panels depict one patient.
